Bishop George Rassas

Archdiocese of Chicago Vicariate I
“At the Baptism of the Lord in the Jordan River the Spirit of God spoke, ‘This is My Beloved Son in whom I am well pleased. Listen to Him.’ And so the world has come to know Jesus by the Words he spoke and in the Breaking of the Bread.Today’s modern technology makes the Word available to us at every moment of our day through WSFI Catholic Radio. I invite you and your family and friends to listen to the Word and continue to be formed and informed as Disciples of the Lord in building up the Kingdom of God. I support the ministry of WSFI 88.5FM and encourage you to do the same.”

Archbishop Jerome Listecki

Archbishop of Milwaukee
“At the conclusion of the Gospel of Matthew, we hear Jesus commission the apostles, telling them ‘go and make disciples of all nations’… Today, Catholic radio is one of the tools that can assist our efforts to invite others to live as disciples of Christ… I prayerfully ask your parish to lend your support to this endeavor by becoming a regular listener [of WSFI]. I pray that the station will succeed in its mission to evangelize and inspire listeners to lead more vibrant lives of faith.”

Bishop David J. Malloy

Bishop of the Diocese of Rockford
“WSFI 88.5 RM radio based in Antioch, IL is capable of reaching more than half a million of our brothers and sisters in Northern IL and Southern WI with Catholic programming and messages which are sure to inspire them to a new understanding of faith as it relates to their lives and their communities. For this reason, I offer my prayerful support to the efforts of WSFI 88.5 in delivering authentic Catholic programming to the people of our area.”

Cardinal Francis George, OMI

Chicago Archbishop Emeritus
[Saint] Pope John Paul II challenged us to teach and live our Catholic Faith with the enthusiasm and energy of the first disciples of Christ. While the message of the Gospel is the same as when Jesus lived among us, the tools of evangelization have changed with the times. [WSFI] Catholic Radio is one of those tools that can magnify our efforts to invite others to live as disciples of the Lord… I ask kindly that you lend your support to this new Catholic radio voice.”
